About the Role

The overview.

We're looking for volunteer moderators to help keep the Fugitive Studios Discord a good place to hang out — welcoming to new folks, on-topic, and mostly drama-free.

This is a low-drama, low-hours role, but genuine care for the community matters more than raw hours. If you can quietly hold the space, we want to talk.

Responsibilities

Enforce the server rules with a light touch — warn, mute, or ban when needed.
Welcome new members and answer FAQs.
Handle user reports and escalate anything sensitive to the community lead.
Help keep channels on-topic without shutting down organic conversation.

What We're Looking For

18+.
Prior Discord moderation experience for a public server.
Patient, calm, and able to defuse rather than escalate.
Comfortable using Discord's moderation tooling (Automod, timeouts, bans).

Nice to Have

Bot administration experience (MEE6, Dyno, Carl-bot, custom).
Interest in survival / systems-driven games.
